Join us either in person or virtually for a Breakfast Club on April 11 from 8:00am-9:30am. This session will cover Building Wellness Through Boundaries with speaker Dr. Sarah Griess from Rising Hope Counseling & Consulting. Registration and breakfast begins at 8:00am with the presentation to follow from 8:30am-9:30am.
Boundaries are essential to daily life and allow clarity in expectations, limitations, and relationships. In this workshop, participants will learn what boundaries are, why they are essential to both individual and workplace wellness, and how to effectively set, reinforce, and follow through with boundaries, in order to attain healthy relationships, safe environments, and promote overall wellness.
Registration closes Friday, April 7 at 5pm.
Presenter: Dr. Sarah Griess is a Licensed Psychologist in private practice at Rising Hope Counseling & Consulting in Grand Island. She works with adult individuals and couples and specializes in working with individuals who have had traumatic experiences. Dr. Griess also provides mental health consultation to organizations throughout the Grand Island community and presents for a variety of organizations throughout the state on different aspects of trauma, relationships, mental health, and overall wellness.
