Talent & Development Coordinator - Cooperative Producers, Inc.
Responsible for overseeing and managing the CPI University, training and development plans, company-wide training programs for individuals at varying levels within their careers and identifying and assessing current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultations with managers.
