Join us for a webinar on January 18 from 8:30AM-10:00AM. This session will cover “Skills in Working with Difficult Employees” with Dr. Sarah Griess of Rising Hope Counselling & Consulting, P.C.
Presentation Summary: This presentation will cover the difference between toxic and difficult employees, commonly encountered behaviors of difficult to work with employees and will explore practical skills to address unacceptable conduct, reinforce expectations, and maintain or restore morale in your work team.

Presenter: Dr. Sarah Griess is a Licensed Psychologist at Rising Hope Counseling & Consulting, P.C. in Grand Island, NE, where she specializes in working with individuals who have had traumatic experiences. Additionally, Dr. Griess is an Instructor for Mental Health First Aid and QPR as well as presenting for a variety of organizations throughout the state on different aspects of trauma and mental health. Dr. Griess earned her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology at the University of Northern Colorado and continued her career as a licensed psychologist, adjunct professor, Director of Training and Assistant Director at the University of Northern Colorado’s Counseling Center prior to returning to Nebraska. Dr. Griess is on the leadership board for Teen Reach Inc., the Catholic Diocese Review Board, a member of Leadership Tomorrow Class #35, co-creator of Meet Grand Island and serves as the co-chair of the Grand Island Area Coalition on (Human)Trafficking. Dr. Griess and her husband began the Khadija Abdudaim Citizenship Assistance Fund (Daim Fund), which helps individuals with financial barriers associated with citizenship. She and her husband have two boys and enjoy being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
