Join us for our Webinar Event on January 11 from 10:00-11:00am. This presentation will cover Responding to an NEOC Claim by Susan Sapp with Cline Williams.
Why did we get this? What are they asking for? Why do they need all of this? This presentation will cover the keys to understanding the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission (NEOC) complaint process and how to best respond to a complaint. You will also hear strategies and formats most likely to assist the NEOC in reaching a fair and accurate result to complaints alleging discrimination in the employment context.

Presenter: Susan K. Sapp has been a Nebraska lawyer for 32 years and is a senior litigation partner at Cline Williams Wright Johnson & Oldfather in Lincoln and Omaha. She is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and a member of the Litigation Counsel of America. She is the Immediate Past Chair of the NSBA House of Delegates and State Chair of the ACTL. Ms. Sapp has a general civil trial practice with a focus on labor and employment issues, education law, medical and legal malpractice defense and insurance defense. She represents universities, school districts, hospitals, doctors, and employers in all aspects of legal representation.
