Join us for a Morning Breakout Webinar on May 4 from 10:00-11:00am. This session will cover Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: The Lever to Competitive Advantage with SHRM certified presenter Delight Deloney.
In this session you will hear of about the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the impact it has on the bottom line of the workplace. You will hear about resources to help you recognize and overcome bias, while creating opportunities for self-reflection and improved understanding of cultural differences.

Presenter: Delight Deloney is an award winning, passionate people developer with a background in Human Resources and Counseling. At SHRM she is responsible for overseeing the fostering and promotion of memberships, educational programs, certification and services focused on advancing the profession of human resources and creating better workplaces for all. She is an experienced HR professional specializing in an array of HR topics. She has worked extensively in the aerospace industry. Delight holds a Master in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MHRIR) degree and a Master in Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from Virginia Union University.
