COVID – 19 Vaccine Updates & Insights

Organizations have been making critical decisions about business operations during COVID-19 for the past year. As they continue to navigate the unknowns of the pandemic, it is important to hear from local experts about what we’ve learned and how to prepare your organization its employees.

Now that the COVID-19 vaccine is a reality, many employers are contemplating whether they will require employees to receive it when it becomes more widely available and whether they should incentivize employees to be vaccinated. Like many COVID-19 questions, the answers are not clear. Join guest speakers Mark Fahleson, Tara Paulson and Jennifer Ralph from Rembolt Ludtke LLP to learn what organizations and their leaders need to know about these complex issues.

Jennifer is a member of Rembolt Ludtke’s employment and labor law practice group. She has experience litigating claims arising under both state and federal employment and labor laws. In addition, Jennifer counsels employers with respect to various employment matters, including compliance with employment laws and drafting employee policies and agreements.
Tara is the Chair of the Litigation Practice Group and member of the Executive Committee at Rembolt Ludtke and her practice primarily focuses on employment and labor issues, civil litigation and transportation. Tara has significant experience in employment litigation, including matters involving federal, state, and local employment laws. In addition to her litigation practice, Tara regularly represents clients in responding to administrative charges before federal, state, and local agencies, counsels employers regarding various labor and employment law issues, negotiates and prepares employment and separation agreements, reviews and revises employee handbooks, and drafts personnel policies.
Mr. Fahleson serves as an attorney and advisor to businesses, organizations, insurers, governmental bodies/officials, and individuals, providing strategic advice and practical counsel on the issues they face. When litigation becomes unavoidable, Mr. Fahleson’s zealous yet cost-effective representation has resulted in numerous successful verdicts from federal and state court judges and juries.
