Join us for a Breakfast Breakout on November 30 from 8:45am-9:45am. Registration and breakfast starting at 8:15am. This presentation will cover Employment Law Cornucopia: Everything You Wanted to Know About Laws Affecting the Workplace But Were Afraid to Ask” by Mark Fahleson and Tara Paulson of Rembolt Ludtke.
It seems like not a day goes by where we don’t have novel employee issues with legal implications. Want to know how employers can lawfully regulate workplace attire? Are there laws that impact an employer’s ability to monitor the productivity of remote workers? With legalized marijuana on our borders and horizon, how do these laws affect workplace drug testing policies? Does the ADA require employees to be allowed to use cannabis with a medical provider’s note? Once again we will get to harvest the knowledge of attorneys Tara Paulson and Mark Fahleson of Rembolt Ludtke LLP on these and other lingering labor and employment law questions. By the end of this presentation we’ll be fully prepared to tackle any HR issue that comes at us, no matter how difficult.
Registration will close November 28 at 5pm.
