Dr. Steve Rathman is a native of Grand Island, Nebraska, who has extensive practical and theoretical experience in the course materials at all levels of an organization. Accomplishments include: Chief of Police in Plattsmouth, Nebraska, Law Enforcement Officer for 32 years, Adjunct Professor of Practice at Doane University and Peru State College, Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, Master of Arts in Management from Doane University, Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from University of Nebraska, and Federal Bureau of Investigations National Academy.
