Grand Island Public Schools is hiring a Part-Time Talent Specialist!

 

The Talent Specialist is a key role within the Grand Island Public Schools HR. This is a part-time position that will work with prospective employees, applicants, and new-hires throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, while also assisting with various functions within the Human Resources Department. 20 to 25 hours a week.

Essential Job Duties/Functions:

  • Organizing and scheduling new hire orientations
  • Screening applications for positions
  • Contacting applicants to schedule interviews
  • Serve as first point of contact for external applicants
  • Assist applicants with technical support on application or onboarding websites
  • Ensure adherence to HR and company policies, EEOC, and recruitment processes.
