This position will develop and implement organizational strategies, oversees the HR department, and ensures compliance with labor laws to align HR practices with business goals. Key responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, payroll and employee relations to foster a positive culture and drive optimal employee performance.
Essential Functions:
- Strategic Planning – Develop and implement overall HR strategies that support the company’s mission and business objectives.
- Policy Development – Create, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Talent Management – Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition, employee development, training and retention programs.
- Employee Relations – Manage and resolve employee relations issues, mediate disputes, and cultivate a positive work environment.
- Compensation and Benefits – Develop and administer comprehensive compensation and benefits packages.
- Performance Management – work with management to assess employee performance.
- Legal Compliance – Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Education & Experience
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
