Ready to shape the future of healthcare talent? We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead – Clinical Operations & Talent Innovator to drive strategic recruitment efforts across critical clinical and healthcare roles in Northeast Nebraska. This highly visible individual contributor role combines hands-on recruiting with workforce strategy, partnering directly with healthcare leaders to build talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and help ensure exceptional patient care through outstanding hiring practices.

· Drive Clinical Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle for vital healthcare providers, including nursing staff, allied health professionals, laboratory teams, imaging technicians, and specialized clinical providers.

· Modernize Hiring & Tech: Identify and implement top-tier clinical assessment tools and modern HR technologies to optimize recruiting efficiency and elevate patient-care placement quality.

· Champion Employer Brand: Partner with our marketing team to build compelling recruitment campaigns that showcase our clinical culture, values, and the meaningful impact of health services in our community.

· Strategic Workforce Planning: Work side-by-side with clinical directors and department heads to forecast talent gaps, build resilient pipelines for high-demand roles, and align short-term staffing with long-term strategic care goals.

· Enable Clinical Leaders: Coach, train, and deliver constructive feedback to medical and clinical managers on healthcare compliance, objective interviewing, and modern assessment frameworks.

· Optimize Care Delivery Metrics: Analyze recruitment data—including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire—to eliminate manual bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and accelerate onboarding.

What You Need to Succeed:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, healthcare administration, or a closely related field is highly preferred.

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience required, with preference to a strong, proven background directly within healthcare staffing, clinical talent acquisition, or hospital systems. · Credentials: Active SHRM certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) or an accredited recruiter credential (such as a SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential or equivalent) is preferred.

· Strategic Versatility: Ability to seamlessly pivot between hands-on, high-volume day-to-day clinical recruitment and high-level, long-term workforce planning.

· Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in leveraging modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment automation tools to eliminate manual administrative tasks.

· Functional Leadership: Exceptional communication skills to mentor peer recruiters, guide external search firms, and build deep trust with healthcare executives without needing direct supervisory authority.
