Based in Grand Island, Nebraska, Bosselman Energy has an exceptional opportunity for a strategic Director of Human Resources to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, staffing, employee relations, training and development, performance management, progressive discipline, and compensation and benefits. This position will report directly to the CFO.

​​Qualified candidates must have

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline or equivalent combination of training and related experience.
  • Ten years of Human Resources experience required, and five years of experience supervising staff.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in person and in written form.
  • Proficient in MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and HRIS and reporting platforms.
  • Experience with compensation, benefits, staffing, recruiting, selection, and development of managers and employees.
  • Demonstrated experience executing HR initiatives in a strategic, results-oriented environment.
